Since 1990 I’ve worked in and for some of the largest organisations in the world, first in the IT department and later consulting internally and externally to leverage technology to improve business processes and achieve business goals. I also helped launch a start-up company where I got to be deeply involved in every aspect of a new small business.
When I decided to make the jump into the creative world of Voice Over I naturally applied my past experiences to build my own business in a way I always dreamed of. I got my systems and processes working together to allow me more time to focus on performance and creative thinking instead of chasing emails and maintaining disconnected spreadsheets.
I also realised, after some introspection with a life coach, that my inner-most purpose is to serve others and help them achieve the same or better outcomes that I had figured out. Not always the same steps, same software, or same problems, but certainly the same benefits from having pieces of their business connected and working hand in hand FOR the business owner – not a chore working against them.
IT and business consulting can cost hundreds of pounds per hour and not be specific or tailored to you in your creative industry. What works for a multi-national conglomerate is likely to be overkill for a small business of one or a small team. My packages are small, tactical, and intended to solve your problem…then move on. I don’t want to be your “consultant for life”, rather to help you solve your problems and enable you to continue without me. But if you need a refresher or help with something new it’s easy to grab another bundle or just a single hour.
These sessions are all about you and your needs. We can look at a broad set of topics at a high-level, or dig deeper into just one or two. You may decide to share your screen and show me what you see, letting me “look over your shoulder” to help on a particularly tricky item. Or with multiple sessions we can dig deeper into particular areas and work out strategies and action plans together.

In most cases I’ve used several different providers of each service. This let’s me draw from that experience and quickly learn systems you may be using already. Here are some systems I’ve personally used.
Only as long as is necessary based on your situation and needs. And since the consulting sessions are in 1 hour blocks already and you can buy as many as you like. This way you are in control of the overall timeline, frequency, and scheduling.
The Full Service timeframe will be part of my unique proposal after we chat for an exploratory session. My goal is always to get the work you need done and show you how to continue using it. That’s it…nothing more.
Absolutely not! The consulting packages are created to give you a discount if you buy three or six hours at once, but it’s up to you if you continue with more.
And when I give you a unique proposal for the full service I try to define phases with a clear benefit to you at each point. You may decide to stop after phase 1, or recognise the value you’re getting and continue with the next phase until the end. I never want you to feel pressured or stuck.
I accept electronic payment via bank transfer or credit / debit cards processed via Stripe. You’ll be taken to a checkout page for consulting packages, or details will be provided on your invoice for each full service phase.
