1. Overview
Welcome to gibsonvo.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Gibson Voice Over and JD Gibson. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, including voice over bookings, live consulting sessions, and digital product downloads. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.
2. Membership & User Accounts
Gibson Voice Over's Website is a membership-based platform. You are required to create an account to track your digital product purchases, access video/audio lessons, and participate in online courses or consulting sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Gibson Voice Over reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
3. Consulting Sessions & Live Bookings
All consulting or coaching sessions must be paid for in advance through our authorized checkout gateway. Please book your sessions thoughtfully and ensure your availability before purchasing. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to request a new time slot. Sessions canceled, missed, or requested to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited entirely without a refund.
4. Payments, Billing & Delivery
All financial transactions on this Website are processed directly by Gibson Voice Over. Payments for voice-over services and custom project invoicing are settled via bank transfer or credit/debit cards through Stripe.

Payments for digital assets (including templates, guides, checklists, scripts, and spreadsheets) and native online courses are processed upfront through our secure checkout system using Stripe. Digital products and course materials are hosted and delivered natively on our Wix infrastructure. Instant download links and student account access keys are issued immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Gibson Voice Over reserves the right to adjust pricing or fees at any time, and any changes will be updated directly on the Website.

5. Digital Products Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and applicable cross-border digital content regulations, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal changes based on data access. You are entitled to a refund for digital downloads or online courses within 14 days of purchase only if you have not downloaded the file or logged into the course material. Once data streaming, course access, or file downloading has commenced, you explicitly express consent to begin fulfillment, and your right to cancel or claim a refund is waived.
6. User Content & Intellectual Property
When you submit content (such as scripts, recordings, reviews, or comments), you grant Gibson Voice Over a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with delivering the services. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights. All content on the Website, including logos, text, graphics, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Gibson Voice Over and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All services, including consulting are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Gibson Voice Over makes no guarantees about outcomes, job opportunities, or success following consultation. You agree to use all services at your own risk.
Gibson Voice Over is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.
9. Termination
Gibson Voice Over reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website or services for any reason, including violation of these Terms. No refunds will be given for terminated accounts or services.
