Welcome to gibsonvo.com (the “Website”), owned and operated by Gibson Voice Over and JD Gibson. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website, including all coaching, demo production, video content, and educational services provided. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.
2. Membership & User Accounts
Gibson Voice Over's Website is a membership-based platform, which means you are required to create an account to access certain services, including consulting sessions and exclusive materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Gibson Voice Over reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
3. Consulting Sessions
All consulting sessions are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the booking. Please book your sessions thoughtfully and ensure your availability before purchasing. If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to request a new time. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited without refund.
4. Payments
All payments for voice over services are made via bank transfer or credit/debit cards through Stripe. Details and payment links are included on your Invoice.

All payments for consulting sessions must be made in advance through authorised payment methods, including credit/debit cards through Stripe. Services will not be provided until payment is received in full.
Gibson Voice Over reserves the right to adjust pricing or fees at any time. Any fee changes will be updated on the Website.
5. User Content & Intellectual Property
When you submit content (such as scripts, recordings, reviews, or comments), you grant Gibson Voice Over a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with delivering the services. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights. All content on the Website, including logos, text, graphics, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Gibson Voice Over and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written permission.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All services, including consulting are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Gibson Voice Over makes no guarantees about outcomes, job opportunities, or success following consultation. You agree to use all services at your own risk.
Gibson Voice Over is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.
8. Termination
Gibson Voice Over reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website or services for any reason, including violation of these Terms. No refunds will be given for terminated accounts or services.
