Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
All custom voice acting services, business consulting sessions, digital downloadable products (such as templates, guides, checklists, or scripts), and online educational courses featured on this Website are owned, sold, and fulfilled directly by Gibson Voice Over.
All payments are processed securely using our direct integration with our gateway partner, Stripe. Gibson Voice Over is the sole legal entity responsible for managing order transactions, processing billing requests, and collecting manual regional tax or digital VAT. No third-party Merchant of Record (MoR) or external reseller platform is used to complete sales on this site.
2. Digital Downloads (.zip Files & Guides)
Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital content, refund terms are determined based on system download access:

Before Downloading: If you have purchased a digital product but have not yet clicked your unique download link, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the initial transaction date.

After Downloading: In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act and applicable cross-border consumer laws, once the download, streaming, or extraction of the digital content has begun, your statutory right to cancel is waived. No refunds can be issued for files that have been accessed or fully delivered unless a technical asset defect is proven.
3. Online Courses
For educational training programs hosted natively on our website infrastructure:

Unaccessed Content: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial course purchase date, provided you have not logged into your student portal account, started any modules, or accessed any text, video, or audio curriculum content.

Accessed Content: Once you log into your student account and stream, view, or access any portion of the training materials, the contract is considered fully executed by both parties. At this stage, refunds will no longer be issued under normal circumstances.
4. Custom Voice Acting & Coaching Bookings
For custom freelance productions, professional voiceovers, or live consulting sessions handled outside of automated digital delivery systems:

Cancellations & Rescheduling: All pre-booked consulting or live coaching sessions are fully refundable or adjustable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.

Late Forfeiture: Sessions canceled, missed, or requested to be rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited entirely without a refund.

Bespoke Audio Production: Due to the custom labor involved in professional voice recordings, completed audio file deliveries are non-refundable once approved and delivered via invoice.
5. How to Request a Refund
Because all products, bookings, and payments are integrated directly into our central system, all refund requests are managed by our internal team.
To request a refund for any download, course access link, or consulting booking, please email your order confirmation details, full name, and transaction date directly to our customer support email at info@gibsonvo.com. Please do not attempt to contact payment processors directly, as this will delay your request.
6. Currency, Localised Taxes, & Processing Fees

Refund Routing: Approved refunds are automatically returned to the exact payment method (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account) used during checkout.

Currency Rates: Refunds are executed in the exact currency amount paid at checkout (e.g., if you paid exactly £20.00 or $25.43 based on Wix's live conversion tracking, you will receive exactly £20.00 or $25.43 back). Gibson Voice Over is not responsible for variations in your local bank statement caused by daily exchange rate fluctuations.

Tax Invoices: If you are a corporate buyer seeking an adjustment or a business VAT refund on a digital asset transaction, you must submit your valid corporate tax registration details (such as a UK or EU VAT registration number) alongside your invoice query to info@gibsonvo.com.
